Overdrive Green Apple Rush is a non-carbonated 'sports energy drink' that, true to its name, feels like a cross between a light energy drink and a sports beverage. The flavor is for the most part a pleasing flavor, with a light sour apple flavor. However, it doesn't prevent the product from having a slightly strange odor and aftertaste. Overall, we'd give the flavor an average rating. As for the packaging, we have to give them credit for making a package that's not like the rest AND can be easily carried with you (due to the plastic package with a re-sealable closure). Despite this, we still think the product could use a slightly more attractive appearance -- the silver is more like a drab grey.
