When we first tried RESQ Energy Drink back in 2002, we definitely thought that it had potential -- but it needed some flavor tweaks. Fortunately, they did tweak it and the result is pleasantly surprising. The flavor is more refined and has less aftertaste, leaving a flavor that features a sweet citrus-like flavor with a slightly potent bite to the finish. Overall, it's a nice clean flavor that is definitely consumable. RESQ has much bigger potential than this though....As one of the few energy drinks with a clean image (no rough male imagery here), we think the product has the potential to take it to the mainstream. That is, with the right marketing and distribution -- a place where many companies often fail. Fortunately for RESQ, they have a solid product that can stand on its own two feet -- something that we can't say for the countless Red Bull wannabes on the market today.
